About our pottery classes

Our pottery classes cater for all levels from complete beginner to professional. Our friendly and dedicated tutors teach all aspects of ceramics from hand building and throwing, to a full range of decorating and glazing techniques.

Courses are paid for termly and we do require you to commit to a whole term of classes. Each session is three hours long and all materials and tools are provided, as are refreshments. There is a small charge for fired work.

Please note that we only have capacity for a small number of catch-up students per session, and catch-ups are not available in all of our sessions, so advance booking is always required. Catch-ups are untutored and use of a wheel cannot be guaranteed. Catch up sessions can not be carried over to the next term.

Bookings for the Spring term will open to existing students on 27th January and on 3rd February for new students.
